Question for online business zoning by R1980: Starting an Online Business: Zoning?
I'm in FL and want to start a small clothing shop online. I understand that I need a resale license, and a DBA.

1. As ths busienss is online, do I need a county tax receipt?
2. I called the zoning office and they want $ 900 (!) for me to do this. I suspect he did not understand the small scale of my business. Is there a way around this since it's online only.

Any advise is appreciated.
